Where is the love for southern RI children? My child deserves to go to pre-K too!!!! If they are doing an experiment they should spread out the benefit state wide.

The schools in Providence are hurting, so something like this is needed to give the kids there an early jump-start.

There are plenty of pre-K programs throughout the RI suburbs that offer great programs.
