Wow. Shady guy. Has a "God-fearing" persona on Sunday and proceeds to go about his business like a dirty politician on Monday.

With all the storms that just passed, and the ones we are expected to get how many people feel without one doubt that your kids will be safe under the watchful eye of our school leaders???? Just a little something to think about......... Anyone see the news today where that school was hit by a tornado, just think a little south and that could have been our kids. They took proper precautions would our outcome have been as good.....

let's hope they are smart enough to realize the weather threat for later today is real and do the smart thing to protect the teachers and children. I understand Jacobs took no action the last time the county was under a tornado warning. What is he thinking??

Ok its offical all the schools around THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT is eiter closed or closing early. Dickson county just to North of us school system is closing at noon. I for one do not trust the idiots over decision making to take care of my kids. I wont lie my note on Monday for their absence is going to read: TO THE UNCONCERNED MORON IN CHARGE, MY CHILDREN MISSED SCHOOL BECAUSE YOUR SCHOOL SYSTEM SUCKS!!!!! But being the properly raised southern lady I am I will ask them to pleeease excuse this absence and then really not CARE IF they dont.

Ok so I am sorry they finally did cancel school. When I am wrong I admit so. I am sure Nash was really only worried about his own sorry ass.

both these men need to go. our school system needs someone not from hickman county to run the school system and our high school should definately get somebody in there who does not judge by who your relatives are.

Brow beating and talking down to parents are obviously the only "people skills" these two men know. They need to learn how to deal with problems better but neither of them grasps the concept that there are more than their friends in this county. They are self centered and it's "their way or the highway"

Anybody been mistreated lately by either of these two??

School is about to start again with the dynamic duo still in charge and making people feel small in their presence. Maybe they will mess up really bad this year and we can get them out of office and our lives. Someone is watching their every move!

Are these two (Jacobs and Nash) behaving themselves this year or has anyone had problems with them?? Do they even realize how people really feel about them?

For you to even mention "state and federal authorities" reveals how naive you are lol. I guess you'll have to let your god have the final say.

We shall see how naive I am when it's said and done. Federal and state people are often moved by the media and once enough evidence is given to the media I think you will see things can and do happen. You can see it every week on the local news investigative segments. It may take some time but I think you will see a major downfall in the not too distant future.

What is your solution to the problem? Everyone here has the answers. Love to hear yours.

I'd say TBI or some investigative reporters could dig up enough to get rid of some if them. The solution is not within the county that's for sure. Most residents are scared to take a stand against anything.
