Guess whaT, THE 9 TIME FELON,has stolen a steamboiler out of the basement of the old courthouse and sold it for scrap keeping the money for hiself.Nice to be able to use county proptery as your own piggy bank.

Kegman, how do you know these things? Was this a bidded disposal of property as required by law? Or was this a 'under the table deal' or was the taxpayers property just come up missing?
