Editorial: Legislature reduction plan might actually work

You'll probably have a hard time finding people outside Harrisburg who think the Pennsylvania Legislature shouldn't be reduced in size.

Here is an idea. Why does each member of the House and Senate have their own individual offices and associated expenses. Why not have a pool of support employees that can answer to multiple persons. Say one secretary for 5 or 6. Cut employees and office and supply expenses. It is like hundres of individual practices! We could save a ton!
