Smoking ban supporters seek $2M to enforce law

When we are facing such severe cuts in our budget in areas that are important; social services, education, law enforcement, and upkeep of serious issues like old bridges and dams--why would you expect us to throw a million away on enforcing the smoking ban? We have far bigger problems than the smoking ban at this time.
