The article states 109 jobs were created (or saved). Doesn't that figure out to be about 4.5 Million per job?

I don't even listen to the "jobs created or saved" I think they just make up numbers due to the fact THEY KNOW its not creating any jobs so when a person tries to reason with the democrats(FOR EXAMPLE why is is costing 4.5 million dollars per job) they get mad or make more stuff up.
This is the "change" dayton voted for in 2008
