Sounds like a way to outsource health care to Bangalore, India.

Did you doctors really think you were immune to outsourcing unlike the majority of us? The bottom line is you COST too much, so someone will think of a way to lower the cost by outsourcing your services to India. It's only going to get worse with Barry quadrupling the national debt in his first year of office.
