Please support the movement to investigate Springboro Police and City Manager Chris Thompson.
Springboro is being overrun by corrupt City Officials who think they are above the law, and by a Police Department that continually antagonizes the good people of Springboro.
It is also well known that City Manager Chris Thompson and Police Chief Jeff Kruithoff once had a romantic relationship while both held their positions as city leaders. This is just the surface of highly unprofessional behavior and an environment prime for corrupt activities.
To support this movement - please take 20 minutes of your day to send a letter to the Ohio Attorney Generals Office.
Just a simple, short letter - respectfully asking Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine to perform an audit of the internal business operations of both the City Managers office of Chris Thompson, and the Springboro Police Department.
Please understand that nothing will change without the will of the people to demand accountability from its city leaders.
Signing your letter "Anonymous" is totally acceptable and expected.
Send letter to:

Especially in small towns like Springboro, officers from local police departments have historically gotten away with diddling a lot of women. One of the most notorious means is an officer getting his foot in the bedroom door by repeatedly stopping over "to ensure security" during the course of a family's restraining order.

Although I agree with you that 'THE' top politicians in Springboro and the township are corrupt, one must be careful about throwing names around without proof.

One should concentrate on the mayor if one is looking for shady things. It's amazing that clown is still mayor.

If there ever was a recommendation made by the state auditors office regarding the Booster scandal, that recommendation was decidedly swept under the rug. For this we can thank Boro's best, who for many years have been tucked inside the Boosters back pocket.

Save Springboro - another solution would be to be obey the law so that you don't continuously have these negative experiences with the police department..
#7 Mar 6, 2013
Amen!!!!! You rarely, if ever, hear law abiding citizens complain about the police...

The police are doing their jobs. I have not had a bad encounter with them. In fact, I am friends with a few of them, and I graduated from the high school last year. If you aren't a problem, they won't bother you. It's as simple as that.

Hey, thanks for sharing, kid. Local police are doing their jobs, alright. I suggest keeping one eye open at night to ensure one of them isn't trying to do your mom.

Haha Ok buddy. I'll do that.

Cobra will soon be the only police force Springboro needs. ALL HAIL COBRA!!!!

Like it or not, terrible days are likely to arrive in the not too distant future in that each and every one of us will be resigned to police our own activities. Hang onto your defensive weapons for dear life the day Biden's henchmen comes calling for them. Citizens of America will require weapons in virtually every household in order to fend off a gradual takeover of sharia law, which is sponored by islamic fundimentalists. Don't believe me? Just take a look at what's happening in Europe, particularly in Italy, Spain, France and Great Britain.
And islamic fundimentalists have a trusted friend in America as well. His name is Barack Hussein Obama. America's socialist-in-chief is using December's Newtown school shooting as a convenient excuse to pry defensive arms out of our homes so that America will be a much easier takeover. America is a nation OF the people BY the people FOR the people. So ultimately, it's the PEOPLE that make the decisions! So CALL WRITE or E-MAIL your congress representatives. Tell them what you think about this current fed attempt to violate our constitutional rights by denying Americans their right to defend themselves.

Is it true that Springboro Schools Security Officer arrested a Springboro mother, and then the Springboro Police sent her to jail
after the school officer had seen photos taken inside the home on students cell phone?
Is it true that Springboro Police Offiers circled the wagon around the Springboro Boosters Board Officers when the Boosters big-money "hidden funds" donation to the School was under scrutiny?

Defending and protecting our freedom is never simple.
"Freedom is one of the deepest and noblest aspirations of the human spirit."
"Freedom is not something be secured in any one moment of time. We must struggle to preserve it every day. And freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction."
"Freedom is the right to question and change the established way of doing things. It is the continuious revolution of the marketplace. It is the understanding that allows us to recognize shortcomings and seek solutions." - Ronald Reagan
Were you there last year when shortcomings of the Springboro Booster Board business dealings (mis-using our students pay to play fees) came under the scrutiny of the Springboro Public Schools Board of Education?
Do you know what happened to this investigation?
This was a BIG problem for the Springboro Schools and our community as a whole; but it is the understanding of concerned citizens that our Springboro Police Department refused to BOTHER the boosters officers by looking into this problem, thereby REFUSING to serve the best interests of all Springboro citizens.
Do you think it is right for your Springboro Police friends to ignore issues that are a BOTHER to the good citizens of our Springboro community?

Will you check with you police friends and report back on this blog what happened to this investigation? That would be great!
Athletic boosters lose charity status By Lawrence Budd, Staff Writer 8:35 PM Monday, June 25, 2012
SPRINGBORO — The Springboro Athletic Boosters Association continued to accept contributions more than a year after the Internal Revenue Service revoked its nonprofit status, officials said.
The group’s nonprofit status — automatically revoked Nov. 15, 2010 — was posted July 13, 2011, by the Internal Revenue Service.
The revocation means that the charity could have to pay taxes on donations and contributors could lose their deductions.
The IRS revoked the booster association’s tax-exempt status after it failed to file federal tax returns for three consecutive years.
Springboro school board President Scott Anderson said he contributed to the booster club at casino night events, unaware the IRS had revoked the booster’s group charity status.
“I would hope we’d be notified. We never were,” Anderson said Monday.“I don’t think anybody thought there was an issue.”
Booster officials could not be reached for comment or to respond to requests for current funding reports.
On Monday, the booster association’s fund balance was $190,424, according to Tracy Jarvis, treasurer for the Springboro school district.
Booster groups and other private organizations contributing to sports and other programs are not regularly audited by school officials.
The problems came to light after the Springboro school board requested the booster club’s financial records as part of a review of pay-to-play fees and athletic department funds.
Anderson said he didn’t claim his contributions.
Contributors could face tax implications for donations claimed since the revocation was posted in July 2011, unless the booster club’s nonprofit status is reinstated.
“Tax-deductible contributions may be made to an organization whose tax-exempt status is subsequently reinstated,” according to the IRS.
The association’s liabilities begin with the revocation in November 2010, according to the IRS.
“Your organization is liable for all income, excise or other taxes and penalties that may have been owed at the time it was automatically revoked.
Your organization will also be responsible for any future tax liabilities that accrue as a result of your organization’s loss of exemption,” according to the IRS.
Earlier this month, authorities began an investigation of booster club finances after the contribution of more than $130,000 by a booster club officer.
Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell and other local officials declined to comment.

This stupid "trolling" on the blog is typical "trolling" of the Springboro union masters stupidity throughout our schools, our neighborhoods and our public business meetings.
