Officials Investigate Appanoose County Death

I don't believe he killed himself. I think his wife did it, her previous husband also was found dead by her. I think they need to throughly investigate this. No stones unturned like last time.

Does anyone remember a guy from Mystic, Iowa, named "Frenchie" Agnusson. He followed his estranged wife to Davenport, Iowa and murdered her on the street. she ran away from him. He was released from prison, returned to the family home in Mystic and is probably now deceased.
