Argue this in my court room then, I think he should be charged with murder. To me it is not a white or black thing. It was a show down between a man and a kid. You shoot a kid in the face, that is intentional murder. Supposedly, you have more sense then the high schooler. In this case, obviously NOT.

Listen, why would this guy intentionally shoot the kid? Yea it was dumb to bring the gun out, but I totally believe that the kid might have grabbed his arm (he was drinking, and most people get a little bold when they are drinking) and that the gun went off. No I don't believe he should get away with this, he made a terrible mistake by not just calling the police, he has to pay. But no I absolutely do not think it was murder. I feel very sorry for both of these families, the whole thing is terrible, but what is also terrible are the friends parents who let these underage kids, not only drink at their house, but drive around, THAT IS A CRIME!

Who said that's how it happened? no one, accept the guilty.
An adult pointed a gun at a kids head and pulled the trigger. That's it. The adult was in no danger of being injured from the "words" being used.

Dano died because he was trying to be tough, trying to prove something. If someone was accused of rape that i know, I would call the police. He and his lowlife friends wanted to be toughguys. Those racist asses got what they deserved. If you cant understand that than you need to die too.
