I'm a friend of Meghan. She was one of the sweetest, most fun loving people I ever met. She definitely gave to the world as much or even more than what it gave her... and she loved life because of that. Liberals, conservatives... who cares people?? This is a tragedy about a friend of mine who passed away and if that seems to be the only point correctly represented, then the rest really doesn't matter. Put it to rest. There are bigger things than your politics.

How did a sad story about somebodies major tragedy turn into a forum on liberals and conservatives???

My dad was driving up to cape may when he hit traffic from this accident. He said it looked bad.

I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. i hope the driver gets what he deserves but my condolances to you and your friends family may she RIP

Can you tell me if your friend was Lon Kieffer's daughter? He lived in Baltimore until his death about four years ago. Would appreciate the info.

My sister Meghan Kieffer is alive and well. I am the son of the Lon Kieffer you refer to. No relation to the young gal that got killed.
