Tracy and Mac Quillin need to take into consideration what they are doing to this very quiet and peaceful town. If they put in this new addition of apartments or condominiums and business that we really do not need, it may lead to an increase of drugs following into this town and putting our children at risk. In addition, the greed of developers drop property values at the expense of the people who are the governing body of the United States. So I think they need to take there plans to Columbus and fall in the cracks some were and don’t come back to town, and do us all a favor!!!!!

I moved here because it was a quiet farm town that would be a great place to raise a child.I dont want to see Centerburg turn into another Jewalbany.Thats what happend to them.les Wexner and his band of 40 theives.Baoght property off of the elderly, and farmers because they told people that they were not associated with Les Wexner. Then BAM! They took over NewAlbany. Then Changed the Name to JewAlbany and ran all the old original families out. Dont be Stupid centerburg.I am sure the Mayor Mc Cheese Sees some dollar signs in his pocket over allowing New building to happen. Leave Centerburg alone!

#3 Mar 7, 2008's amazing to see that the small town I grew up in and still love is becoming full of small-minded bigots.

Do you all think there are no drugs in Centerburg? You are delusional. You believe that Centerburg doesn't need any new businesses? You believe that developers reduce property values?

Perhaps you would be happier in the middle of nowhere in Montana.

Yes, there will be alot More drug Problems. Yes property Values will decline. These Developers allow transiant workes to live in these units while they are being built. They are built poorly. There will be trash blowing onto other peoples property because they wont clean up paper and trash from the builders. It will destroy the country side. Maybe you would be happier in the city of Columbus!
