Boy, 18, Accused Of Using Noose To Hang Teen

A 17-year-old boy said Monday that he feared for his life as he was dragged around a parking lot with a noose wrapped around his neck.

This is so wrong and so sad. Charges should have been more! Thank God for the bystander who had the heart and courage to step in. This kid and his buddies, with nothing better to do than attack another human, for any reason, should be in jail for a long time.

what a sickening story. i hope the cantus get the justice they deserve in this case. and i agree chuck but they should drag all those boys around a parking lot, and give them good dose of their own medicine.

1 BOY (at time of crime) was charged. He was sentenced ti a small fine and a few days in jail.

This happened quite a while ago, actually, if it was the incident in Mount Vernon, Ohio. I personally knew the boy that this happened to. I believe he now has moved out of state with his family.
