I have been out there and met the owner. I even volunteered there one morning, just to experience it. The owner takes the animals and the center VERY seriously. I don't think it's a hazard. Sometimes accidents happen. Considering how many cats they have out there, they have a very good record.

Quit meddling, fools.
This is a great facility that does so much good for these wonderful animals that have been mistreated.
People just love to meddle in the affairs of others.

Spend an afternoon at EFRC; you'll love it.

If you have never been to the EFRC, you must take the time. It is better than any zoo I have ever been to as far as how close you actually get to the animals.

Perhaps education and advise are the solutions to this particular problem. The public should be allowed to visit the site and understand its security precautions, and the shelter should seek the advise of other shelters on how to keep both the public and the animals happy. There are shelters all over the country that are very successful in maintaining the safety of the public while providing good, safe homes for the animals too.

I'd sure like to see what any of these folks would say if one of those cats killed one of their kids while they were out playing in the yard.

Sorry but I don't agree. These cats should be put in a zoo or in a facility where there aren't going to be 'accidents'.

he wasn't even in the state of indiana in 1991. taft is a fraud and a scam. the usda has continously written him up for no tops on cages nor inrigging turn ins. he doesn't lock those cats down in the event of a storm, he could not possibly do that. also he has had 3 different cat attacks with injury's in the past.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Aries

You're feeling practical and sensible today, so it's great for getting on with some of the Christmas preparations. The idea of saving money appeals to you now, and if you're browsing around the supermarket looking for festive food you might be so horrified by some of the prices that you decide to make your own instead. This will give you a real feeling of satisfaction.
