Don't know where you get your information but there are no plans for parking meters. Would be a great idea though.

Parking should only be allowed on the south side of Main St. Village is mulling a welfare tax which will be assessed against rentals with 2 or more code violations a year. Code enforcers who don't write at least one ticket per hour will be called into the boardroom, and yes...someone will be fired.

who cares if they have parking meters? i think it is not a bad idea at all. also, i think the village should buy the property across from handy pantry and make it into a municipal parking lot (with meters) this would make it easier to shop on neighborhood road. now all they would have to do is attract some new business, so there is some place to shop and we would be in business.

you want the village to pay $200,000+ for a vacant 100 x 100 lot? NFW.

you all ready to go the Club house and nominate your friends for the BOD at the POA? Can't wait to see you there! Should be a great night!

We have plenty of parking behind the stores north of Neighborhood Rd., no need to buy anything. Remember, buying stuff makes our taxes go up. And it's not like our taxes will ever go up, right?
Oh, where is main st? Never heard of it.

None of my friends is a member....any more. I heard the nomination is for pres and not Heir Ludweig. Taxes did not go up, again. But you may be right that some day they might. Who can predict the future? Who thinks this hurricane season will be worse than last year ( besides me)?

wow, you heard that? Great.
Taxes are going up. how can we give salaries, buy equipment, run a million dollar code enforcement/court system while hardly collecting any fines and no business district to speak of? If you believe taxes aren't going up, you're an idiot.

I bet if someone who is a member of PCCA owned that land, the village would buy it for double premium price.

so you called and asked how much? unless you are selling the property how would you know the amount they are asking? and anyway, we need a parking lot in town if we ever want to have businesses. i hardly ever shop on neighborhood road; even for things that are available because there is simply no place to park.

The asking price was well known and mysteriously the real estate listing has been removed. This could mean something.(New village hall perhaps).

Attention all boaters on Dogwood Rd, do not store your boat in a driveway of an abandoned house. Saw the code guy looking up the registration.

another pointless issue for the pointless government. It will be neighborhood always. If Gary thinks he can rename a street to portray his "small time village", he's just as much an idiot as you are.
Actually it's a great way for Gary to waste tax dollars switching all those street signs and giving his family the "emergency no bid contract" so of course he will do it. Morons. All of you.

The entire south side of Main St up to Bayview will be rezoned for Town Houses with dedicated parking. My plan will be a success.
