There is a security gaurd who constanly sneaks home after he drops his car off at the school then has his wife who is also a school district employee (teacher) pick him up and he does side jobs and works on his house getting paid by the district. He does this everytime the schhool has easter recess, summer recess and when the school has limite hours. Then report him. The school board is seven unpaid volunteers who work only part time. If you show them this is happening they will certainly take action, but they can't be expected to know what all their employees are doing at all times, especially when the impact made by this worker is minimal to cause a noticeable negative impact, despite the fact he is clearly stealing if this is true.

I find that many times people like "taxpayer watch" just want to try to create trouble by making up stories. If they truly were concerned they would bring their complaints to the proper authorities and if they didn't do that then they probably aren't truthful

again if you know this as fact you have an obligation to report him as opposed to making a accuasation on a blog, in today's day and age, if he is doing what you report he is, not only should he be fired, he should be arrested, by saying something and not doing something is only contributing to the problem if it exists.

one other clarification about these jobs, they are not appointed they are civil service positions, they are not as this poster implies a political appointed position, that's how you begin to weed out fact from fiction with these postings on here

oh my god. you really must be kidding. the code enforcement officers (if you can call them that) make less than the teens in McDonalds. They have absolutely no incentive to do anything. they won't even enforce noise codes, or town field permits. they all look like scared Barney Fife's. the kids are way too savvy even to listen to these jokers

For the measly pay they are getting, you were expecting who....John Wayne? James Bond? Be thankful that SOMEONE is at least patroling instead of constantly making negative remarks about people trying to do a job with the tools they are given. What if one of these guys were your brother, father, husband or son???? Would you like people talking about them this way?

Give them a raise, sharpshooter straining, guns, bullets, and a mandate to keep Brookhaven safe. Immunity for shoots - and a directive to keep the vermin in check. Problem solved.
