I hear this is the best view on the lake. Can anyone go up there or is it private?

Anyone can go up there. They even have a swimming pool you can use anytime. there is no one up
there so you can have a really good time. We drink beer and party on the hill top all the time.
Its a great view tooo

The pool is a joke, about the size of a small septic tank.

Just to set the record straight...Swan Ridge is not open to the public, you can drive the main road up to the cemetery but the side roads are gated. Several people keep an eye on the property, workers are in and out at different times. If you've been partying there, you have been lucky not to get caught, but you might, so be careful..you never know who might be around or which camera's are on. The pool is not open to the public so any one caught will be prosecuted for trespassing.

The land was raped of too many trees, the developer vastly overestimated the worth of the "gated" lots.
He won't see a profit, not that it matters to a wealthy man, even if he lives to be 100 yrs. old.

BTW, the pool is a joke, why anyone would spend millions developing the place and put in a kiddie pool is clueless.

It must have been the beer because last summer when we sneeked in at dark-thirty I pee in the pool. We liked the pool but what the hell we was drunk.

So, what you are saying is that no one lives there? I thought it would be at least half full of millionaires by now!
