January 4, 2011
On 12/29/10 while completing a court ordered process on an individual located on Rainbow Trout Lane, members of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Celina Police Department, and the State of Tennessee Department of Children Services, located an active “Meth Lab”.
During an investigation conducted by Clay County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Kimball Hall, Investigator Sergeant Randall Slayton, K-9 Deputy David Marshall, and Celina Police Officer Jeremiah Lewis, law enforcement officers dismantled the meth lab and charged Mr. Billy D. Huddleston and Mr. Travis Webb with numerous felony charges.
As per the arrest warrants, the charges include reckless endangerment, child abuse and neglect, manufacture of methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine.
With the assistance of the Tennessee Department of Children Services, a 1½ year old child was removed from the residence where the meth lab was located.
Bond was set at $300,000 on Mr. Huddleston and $175,000 on Mr. Webb.
