How is any of this legal? I have been to shelters and pounds in the deep South, with very few resources and they treat their homeless pets better than this!! Disgusting, how do they sleep at night?

I have dealt with that hateful man several times, and those animals would be better off running wild than in his care. He has euthanized several of them in the bed of his truck, Auglaize county dog warden takes the dogs to get euthanized that way.
How lovely!
