Are you serious? No charges "NEGLECT and ABUSE of an animal WOW only in CELINA..... If someone else not a police officer done this they would be in Jail right now!

If I kill or attack a police dog it's assault on an officer...or murder or manslaughter. But if they do it's ahh sht woops forgot. Fck this noise
