her murder case is going before the grand jury tuesday october 14. her check charges case is the same day. november 15 is her child neglect, lying to police and hindering an investigation.

I'd like to know exactly WHAT you think Casey is innocent of? Is she innocent of child neglect?... with her daughter missing? How could she possibly be innocent of that charge? What about the stolen check charges.. do you think she's innocent of those charges as well? Then how do you explain her buying a load of clothes and groceries without her own money? Amy sure as hell did not give Casey permission to CLEAN OUT HER BANK ACCOUNT!! And.. How is it that she could spend all that money and NOT SPEND A SINGLE DIME OF IT ON CAYLEE? Her precious daughter wasn't a thought in her mind during her little shopping spree. Now, about the Grand Jury.. YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT EVIDENCE WILL BE PRESENTED, therefore you are PREMATURE in thinking that there are "No witnesses, No videotape, No weapon, No confession, etc.". It is a WELL KNOWN FACT that the documents released to the media a couple weeks ago is ONLY THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG. Investigators have held back the more compelling evidence against Casey SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE NO BODY HAS BEEN FOUND. They take what they do have to the Grand Jury and let them decide IF Casey should be indicted on Murder charges, or the lesser Manslaughter charge - THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT SHE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DAUGHTER'S DISAPPEARANCE, THE ONLY QUESTION REMAINING IS WHETHER TO CHARGE CASEY WITH MURDER OR MANSLAUGHTER - there is enough evidence to support one of those charges. No doubt about it.

There already was a tv movie made similar to this case......" Small Sacrifices " about Diane Downs, mother who killed one child and tried to kill the other two. She blamed it on a phantom stranger, while lying to LE and public. Led everyone in circles.....same as Casey. I noticed the parallels from the beginning. Hope Lifetime doesn't remake this tragedy.....if so, donate the funds to UNICEF in Caylee and all other missing children's honor.
