Gambling Machines ate taking over Cedartown. Every Convience Store in town has them, gamblers set there feeding the Machines and smoking. Is smoking even allowed inside businesses? What Departments are responsible for policing these machines. Everyone knows they pay out cash! So, basically you can gamble all over Cedartown and Polk County and get off scott free! Sickening!!!!

polk county ought to build a horse track and legalize gambling....talk about revenue!

tunica mississippi was the poorest county in the united states in the early 90's......they leaglized gambling, and now it is a boom-town.

Those machines have been a plague on the county for many years and the police bust them from time to time when people start to complain enough.

They just over look them usually. Heck some of them enjoying sitting around playing them on their off time.

Thats right , lets just ignore them while we harass people that bring stuff to the junkyard to sell so they can buy food or whatever, our world is screwed up when it comes to certain people who think they own the world

Ole Phil Smith just put a bunch of em' in that building next to Rudy Woods. I thought they were having a yardsale, folks was piling in and out. I stopped to Plunder. Unfortunately all that was in there was Slot Machines. Other than miscellaneous Baseball stuff for sale.

Personally, I think that it is a cryn shame. It's a Fully functional Gambling Establishment. Way to go there buddy, class Cedartown up even more. Wonder what that business license says? To get it issued?

What the hell does it matter to you its not your money. This country was founded by gamblers and if we were truly 'FREE' then we should be free to spend our money anyway we please. But since the moral police are telling us this is wrong its a sin, we get stupid laws that outlaw gambling in one part of the country and not the other. Do we all not live in the United States? Do you complain about the lottery? Or do you by a ticket every now and again, telling yourself its ok it helps support the schools. I say you worry about you let me worry about me. I didnt see you at my job helping me earn my money. Stop trying to tell me how not to spend it. I worked for it and if I wanna blow it all in a damn machine it should be my constitutional RIGHT.

While I agree with your thinking you still must remember that what you are wanting to do is still deemed ILLEGAL. That means that you should not do it. You should obey the law of the land and work to change the laws that you disagree with. It's not your or my place to only comply with the laws that we agree with.
