Joe Krupinski Flushing, NY	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Oct 7, 2011 Gotta go with experience at this level of government. So Kemp Hannon was the best choice, even though he's a Republican and I'm a Democrat. It is kind of begrudging, however, to hand over a seat like that to the GOP.

Oh well, you lead a voter to water but you cannot make him/her drink.
