The person at FAULT is the person who killed Mike Ward! Young people these days take NO reasonablity for their actions! Let's see if our justice system can finally do something right and make sure this doesn't happen to the next person who runs across this man! God bless Mike's wife and children!

Everyone that was involved in this situation for the dealth of a human being will get what they deserve. Young punks who think their you know what doesnt stink deserve every second they are spending behind bars away from the rest of the world alone with no one other than pathetic loosers like themselves. Not seeing their children, familes, the trees for that matter, or how the weather is outside. They are paying the consequences. The streets already feel a tad safer.

I have had my fingers crossed all weekend that the jurors will see through the ridiculous Defense "claims" and see that Dan Curry acted out of the same "mob mentality" that dooms our society today. He wanted to "jump into the hype" and add his two cents worth. For his act of ignorance and blatant disregard for humanity..........let him sit out the next 20 years pondering his actions. Mike will never have futuristice opportunities of life on Earth with Sally and his 5 daughters, nor all of his family and friends. GUILTY is the only, reasonable verdict in this act of WILDING.

I hope justice is served on a platter to this man. Not only for his selfishness but for even being in a situation that he should've NEVER been around. He has put his daughter is danger and in harmful situations due to his selfish acts and has put his girlfriend in the same positions. He should've thought about his family and what the results of his actions are on the other family in this matter too!!!
He has made alot of people suffer for his own actions!!!!

Im wondering if all of you who already had it in your mind that he was guilty before the verdict was read, really knew the whole story or just what was told on the news?

Did you know that the other two men involved were given plea deals as long as they pointed the finger at Daniel? Did you know that there was witnesses that the police department refused to take statements from because they "thought it was an open and shut case" just by observing the crime scene? Where is the "innocent till proven guilty" ethic there?

Did you know that there was no brick? Did you know that after being put on the stand, a few of the officers recanted what they had originally put in the report? Did you also know that the police had questioned Daniel's 2 year old daughter without the permission of her parents and had threatened his girlfriend to take away the child if she didnt tell them what they wanted to hear? I bet for the most part, none of you knew that the victim's wife couldnt even get her story straight and that she hid the fact that her & her husband had drugs in their system. Or that after her husband was put on life support, the doctors told her that there was still a chance for his survival, she still had them pull the plug & collected on his life insurance policy within days of his death?

I guess my point is, we really shouldnt base our opinion of someone until we know all the facts and not what the news "hypes" up.

I hope that Daniel gets his appeal and all the evidence, good or bad, is brought forth and justice truly be served. I am keeping my fingers crossed for both families

Srry to bust ur guys bubble but he will only have ten years left with parole in 3 to 5 so. Non of u guys know his life story and he is sorry but he's not gonna rot in jail just so u know
