Serious about rice wine at SakeOne in Forest Grove

Good sake is best served cold in long-stem crystal. I must say I didn't know much about sake before I visited SakeOne in Forest Grove, Oregon's only brewery of the traditional Japanese rice wine .

I went to this Sake Brewery not knowing what to expect, Amanda walked me thru my choices of flights and Joanne took me a shared history knowledge and future reference if I were to purchase sake later. It was a memorable experience. I am telling all my friend to check it out. I love sake now.
