Man pleads to second lascivious acts charge

I used to work with Les Dempster at the CFPD and I never would have guessed that he was this sick. Goes to show you really dont know someone like you think you do. Prison is where he belongs.

i think that the circumstances of every case should come into play when convicting a person for lascivious acts. I agree that this man does deserve to spend some time in prison. Although this man did commit the crime there are eighteen year olds out in the communities who are going to prison for the new aged girl "girls who dress themselves up with makeup and lie about their age! Anyone eighteen years of age that comes across a girl who looks older would do the same thing. i think that this crime needs to be looked at in a different manner. i lost my bestfriend my grandfather last year,and now my family and i are crying every night for myself. girls do lie and no matter what the age can commit the same crimes and lie just as much a an adult. You people sit back and look at this situation like it is disgusting which it is, if forced on someone or if the person knew the correct age of the girl. There are girls out there who are sneaky,and until your family or your grandson is put in the same situation you have no room to talk down on people unless you know the whole story. I was lied to and decieved by a young girl 13 years of age who looked and acted like the age she told me "16" i was eighteen at the time and now i am facing 10 years away from my family for something that i did not intend to do. The girl told the police that i raped her and then admitted that she lied about everything. All i am asking you to do is to put yourself in the position of another or the others family members and think of how you would feel. This world has turned the wrong way and all of you have contributed in a little way of your own this is sick to ruin someones life the only one that they have just to get a little news into your own lifes. God have mercy on those who judge others!
