And its all because Wayne Lester wants more money. Such a shame that people will lose their jobs because a crooked used car dealer wants even more money.

ohh lord here we go,

if the man owns the building he can charge what he wants , if the post office doesn't want to pay the higher price, they can move to where ever they want, its called supply and demand

I agree. If the man wants his building to set empty that is his decision. I blame the unions in the northern states for over priced labor and protecting the lazy ones in the postal system.

You know what, screw that guy. The Post Office is a service offered to the public by the government. I am sure that this guy is probably getting WELL more than the fair market value for his property. If he is so damn greedy that he wants to screw the community out of a post office; I hope that if he is successful with it, nobody buys whatever the hell it is he is wanting to sell there.

dear lord......

Again, you're another one of these "blame the guy with money" idiots

It is HIS property, not the "community's"

If he is "getting WELL more than the fair market value" is that his fault? No. Itís the U.S. postal service for paying "well more than fair market value".

Why do you welfare trash idiots always gotta blame somebody who has done well for themselves and say that just because somebody has a few dollars they should just share it or give it away

If I owned the property I would charge whatever I wanted for it and look out for ME not the community, and if the current tenant didnít want to pay my asking price then it would sit empty. Then if it sat empty for 6 months and I wasnít getting a dime in rent whos fault would that be? mine, nobody elseís

see, thatís the great thing about this country, we choose to do what we want, we have the freedom to fail, and if we fail we should only blame ourselves, Iím so tired of left wing Obama supporters wanting to blame everybody else for their own problems.

If our government didnít have to support you food stamp, medicade, SSI drawing leaches they might have enough money to pay rent on the building,
rent for the mailboxes

You obviously have some type of deep seeded issue with the less than fortunate people in our community. I am not sure why you feel like you need to bring politics into a situation that is clearly not political. I am sure that he is going to worry about 'him' and not the community. I am also sure that anytime he may need 'help' from the community, that it will not come. For example, when everybody decides that Wayne's Auto is not a very good place to do business because the owner has absolutely no interest in doing what is best for the community. See, the great thing about America is that consumers ultimately have the power to decide who is successful. When selfish jerks like this dismiss the best interests of the community, the community can dismiss the businesses associated with said selfish jerks. Additionally, this is the United States Government that we are talking about. There is this beautiful little thing entitled 'Eminent Domain'. I sincerely hope that the Postal Service cuts this guy a check for the ACTUAL, non-inflated, FAIR market value of the property and sends him on his way. People who try to cheat the community and the taxpayers should be forced to meet Karma under similar circumstances every time something like this occurs.
