My husband and I were going to buy a car from there. It was a 2008 Suzuki. We signed a purchase agreement and everything. We went to bank do talk to the Manager ourselves and get the loan and when we called them to tell them that we got the loan that we would be there in morning to pick up the car they had sold it out from under us.. That was very dirty of them, the manager at the car lot in Richlands told us someone came in there with Cash to buy the car and they thought we didn;t want it nemore.... THEY Truly are crooks, I have heard so many story on how they DO THE DEAL.... BS. They don't do the deal. Trust me... I know some may have been treated nice there but I do know of probably 20 others they have done the same way as us! Just BEWARE

I bought my daughter a car there a couple of years ago and signed all the paper work, everything signed, sealed, and delivered.( I thought) She drove the car for more than a mounth and they call to tell me that my credit was turned down. What did I sign then? Who was that contract for? When we did the credit app. they called us about an hour or so later and told us it was approved we go do all the necessary paper work, get insurance, and temp. tags and drive it for 5 weeks, before they call to tell us were not not approved..anyone eles had this happen? Its BS. Went straight to another dealer and got a car, it was approved and still driving it.They are crooks thats for sure.

I bougt my first and last car from them a few years ago. Horrible service, misinformation, lies, and a hard time is all I got from them. I'd drive to Roanoke or Lexington before I'd buy another car from these people. You reap whatn you sow. Maybe some have good to say about them but I know a lot that feel the same as me.

I was wondering when someone would say something about that. I heard it the other day and thought how bad that makes our area sound.

They don't have car lots in 4 states for nothing!!! They have been in business for over 30 years also. Somebody must be doing something right.

I have tried to deal with them on three seperate occasions and each time I ended up at Shelors. They do the deal alright they stick it to you every way they can. They lie and way over price their vehicles. If you shop around you can find much better deals. I really like the service dept. at Tazewell lot though. They are good to work on GM products. I guess they just don't care enough about selling them to price them right.

Three months ago I bought a new car 0% interest. I walked away from the deal when they said I couldn't get the 0%. When they realize that you aren't going to buy unless you get your terms they are willing to work with you.

So, new car, no interest, got a lower price also.

I've also been on ther other side of the table. Traded in a 2 year old car for a full sized truck. I had 0.9% interest on the car and they said I would be able to get the same rate. They call about a month later and said that I had signed my middle name instead of my first name on some of the papers to please come resign them. Needless to say when I got my fist payment in the mail I was shocked. They had changed the original agreed upon interest to 19%. Uggh. 19% on a full sized truck added alot to the final price.

Do your homework. Know your credit score, have outside financing if you can, go to competators websites and check out their MRSP prices. There's ways to say yourself some $ if your willing to play hardball.

I was just turned down for a trade at "Do the deal" Ramey's..one of the reasons being I owed more for the car I have now, than it's worth!!!The irony is..the lemon came from Ramey's in W. Va.,as a corporate fleet car..wound up in the Richlands lot.The previous owner said he had trouble with that car immediately after buying it at the Richlands Ramey's!They won't ever get my business again..will take my lemon elsewhere for oil changes/repairs/trade with some other dealer..maybe in Tenn.!!

THe Richlands Dealer ripped me off on some repairs I had done. They said they replaced a part and charged me $493.00 and didn't give me the old parts that I ask them to save for me. About 4 days later I got to looking around and the bolts that they would have had to taken out to replace the parts still had the original dust on them and the car hadn't been driven but 6 miles. If I had of noticed it earlier I would have went back but they would have just said I drove it far enough to get he dust back on them. I'll never go there again. All they did was reset the computer so the problem wouldn't show up. If they had told me that was all they did and charged me that much I would have bitched but paid and left. I just hate a liar. If I break down in front of there I will call at towing service to take me somewhere else.
P. S. I have been a mechanic for over 30 years but I didn't have the equipment to determine what the problem was is the only reason I took it there to begin with
