Cayugas going to court to resume cigarette sales
AUBURN - The Cayuga Indian Nation is seeking a court order that would allow the tribe to resume selling tax-free cigarettes at its two Upstate New York convenience stores.

Well I don't care if they start selling smokes again.. I got online an ordered smokes that are cheaper then what I would have payed at Lake Side.....>>>>$3.50 per cartoon<<<< Plus I dont have to drive a round trip of 40 miles which is a bonus in itself...So Now if you add all this up and if ever one else did this the State looses tax money an tax money from the pay checks that employed the people that worked there.. stop selling smokes to anyone under 19 or creepers like kyle sears will buy them for little kids. wich he will take back to his basement and rape
