The drowning death of a 3-year-old Dana boy remains under investigation by the Vermillion County Sheriff's Department.

Yes it is...the other kids have been removed by social services

I hope something is done about this, why was the little boy playing by a underground pool unsupervised??? From my understanding the mother was very neglectful all the time with the children and all she is worried about is going partying with her friends. We seen her at the funeral home and she was laughing and smoking outside most of the time.

THE SAD THING IS THE NEIGHBORS HAVE CALL AND MADE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CHILDREN NOT BEING CARED FOR AND IT TOOK ONE OF THEM DIEING BEFORE THE AUTHORITIES WOULD STEP IN.

A lot of people i know, know her and it is said that it took a beautiful child to die before something should of been done. They need to find new CPS workers to do better investigations in this county. I hate to say this but the little boy is at peace now and probly living a better life than he was.

you have no idea how you will react if you ever have to bury a child. some people smoke when feeling a great deal of anxiety and some laugh ..both are reactions that others may find odd..i don't know the circumstances involved or her mothering skills, albeit, you should not be going to a wake to observe how family react or whatever else they do. you come across as more nosey than concerned

so they all went to the state fair and also heard they were all hanging out in mecca bar during the whole week after the boy died.

I'm glad the other children got taken away so nothing will happen to them. To bad vermillion cops couldnt see that there wasnt something wrong with this picture.
