The drowning death of a 3-year-old Dana boy remains under investigation by the Vermillion County Sheriff's Department.

I really hope someone looks into this and does a big investigation. Parke county sheriffs should be BIG TIME involved. mother should not get away with this

I dont think he drowned on purpose. The mom admitted she check on the kids periodically. The other kids have now been put in protective custody...thank god

shame on you katie, you do not know all the facts to this story. I certainly hope that you never have anything horrible happen to you or your family. it would be awful not to have all the facts and want to cast the first stone.

I did know the family and i believe the 5 year old should not have been watching his 3 year old brother in the backyard with a inground swimming pool.
