Green Diamond III: Trust but Verify
It's a mystery to me why anyone would want to spend big money on a house next to the sewage treatment plant, to be accompanied by a golf course that is subject to damage or destruction from flooding that is not only possible but inevitable.

Well I live in Cayce and Kevin Fisher is right on the money. Only a damn idiot fool would build something in that swmpy murk of a floodplain. And only bigger stupidier idiot fools would buy the crap. Insurance alone would be cost prohibitive.
And these dumbasses had better not ask for any of my tax money to bail them out when it all washes away.
You idiot Greenville greenhorns just stay in Greenville.
