I know how to solve this case! Go to the CHICKEN FACTORY and have this young lady look at an employee list of photo's. Case closed!

We are praying for this young lady.

This mexican perp is full of brutal rage and apparently has some strenght in his spindly arms, since he beat this poor girl to a pulp and she was reported to be unrecognizble by the damage he inflicted.. I want more news about this. WHY are they not keeping the public informed.
What's going on?
Hmm, Excume me.. Do u know this man??? How do u know he's Mexican??? NOT ALL HISPANICS ARE MEXICAN!!!! I'm Mexican n proud, but no one knows where he's from. He could be from Guatemala, Ecuador, Venezuela, Spain... Who knows. We shouldn't look at his race, but at what he did and about that poor girl. We see cases like this all time. He could of being white or black or asian or any other race. Not all Mexican's or Hispanics are like this sob.
What we all should be doing is praying for this girl.

What good would bloodhounds have done?>?
They would have sniffed him out right to the spot he jumped in a cab then the trail would be cold.
With that being said , It would have been a waste to Bring out the bloodhounds.
The real clue here is the cab. Officers need to shake down every cab company until they find the car that moved this creep.
Bloodhounds would have been helpful (could have been) because they have the ability to trace even the smallest of scents. That includes any air that is filtered out of the car. If they had gotten there quickly enough and let the hounds loose, the fact that the man was in a car would not have mattered. The aeration of the car would have pushed his scent back onto the street, possibly allowing a 'hit' from the dog. This is why MiniMe and I are very upset that they were not brought in, especially for this kind of crime.

And they can smell 'cold' scents long after they are gone, so no, it would not have been worthless and it would not have been a waste of time. They could have had him in custody by now. Don't underestimate the bloodhound's nose, ever.

I'm sorry, whose motives are you questioning? The victim who was beaten beyond recognition, or the criminal?

Sir, I cannot imagine your pain and rage, and most of the people on this page, including myself, are praying for your daughter's mental and physical recovery.

Now, if you and your kin DO find this piece of sh*t before the police do, try to restrain yourselves. Nobody wants the family of the victim in jail, even if you are serving justice in your own way (which I am not completely against) on the man who violated your daughter. I don't know if this is even a possibility with you, and I'm not saying that you actually would do such a thing. But I would, and I would end up in jail. Just don't give the cops a reason to throw you in jail; it will be more pain for your daughter.

Our prayers are with you all...Semper Fi.

Nice post smc, very well said. I ditto the words, if I may. I am disappointed to see the creep has not been arrested yet. Seems like LE hase some good clues to go on, prints from her cell phone and the cab, hopefully. Used the same cab company, twice, maybe the company has caller id?

Here is an article from WIS, http://www.wistv.com/Global/story.asp...

they have more details than WLTX has. Oddly, the police don't think this perp is local. What a heck of thing to say. They should run the blood hounds down 26 and also number one at the chicken factory. There I go again, back seat sleuthing.

I wish this girl a speedy recovery, as well as her family. I know they all must be shattered.:)

Godspeed to LE, go catch this loose cannon creep!

Thanks again, MiniMe. Good to see you about today, hope all is well. I myself have a lot of unanswered questions/possible leads that the police haven't even mentioned yet (ex: fingerprints on the cell he took from her and smashed). I feel for the family's need for privacy, but I pray they will try and understand that the general public is in immediate danger until he is caught, and we need all information available in order to prevent another tragic incident like this.

I don't know how speedy her recovery will be since she's still in the hospital, but I too think an angel was with her that kept her alive then and will be with her through her recovery. At least, that's what I'm praying for.

Yes, I know, she is hurt very bad. I agree, an Angel was with her. This is very upsetting. We have gang shootings and cdv incidents but not too many attacks like this.:(

I hope the family understands the need to discuss it. I don't mean to offend any of them.

Out for the night, good seeing you smc. Hey, I believe you about the plate and Ghoooost. Boo!:)

I tell you, MM, it takes a LOT to throw me off, and those incidents did every single time. There was no earth tremor or blasting in the area (I even called to check). It just moved, smooth as you please, and shattered. They just seem to want to be noticed from what I have observed;) Thanks for believing me...I'm really not a nut at all and usually the last person to believe in this type of phenomenon, but here I am.

I am sure that now you have explained yourself the family will not take offense. We were ALL without details for some time, even the family it seems. I am sure they will understand and be grateful of your prayers. I know I am assuming someone's response, but that was the general impression I received from the family--a good one.

Semper Fi, crazy ol' me, neither ghostie nor gholie will scare this old foolie....;)

Sleep well, MM (do you mind me typing that instead? It is much easier on my hands).

I am not from that area and don't recall what buildings are close to Krispy Creme. They are some bars across the street. It doesn't make a difference as far as her assault goes but will shed some light on the kind of people that were possibly witness's. Yes, ofcourse rape is rape, and it is reported he beat her face to a an unrecognizable condition. That is agravated rage and it worries me Cayce PD has not done more. Atleast it is not reported, why didn't they send SLED dogs to his drop off point from the cab be left in. That makes no sense and is troubling to me.
The bars are down the street towards Maurice's. The picture on the WLTX was of the old Shrimper which is a couple of lots behind KK. Across from KK is a church and banks on the corners across the street. Later reports are saying she was beaten within inches of her life. She was left for dead. This guy should get the death penalty for the lack of respect for human life and crimes against the community. He does not deserve any thing near comfortable jail time, hard labor needs to come back.

Not that I underestimated the bloodhound , Just didnt seem practical if the perp got in a vehicle and drove/rode away.
I don't claim to know everything so there fore I stand corrected. I had no clue a BH could trail a persons scent Miles down the road while that said person was inside a vehicle. And dont see how its possible. But if it is,Thats very impressive to say the least.

I sure would like to see that done in person.
