I would like to know what, if anything, was decided in the 2011 meeting where the issue of sewage taps on N. Eden Dr. was discussed. I moved in just before my house was annexed into the city of Cayce. Was not given the grandfather option that other residents were given to have affordable tap in fees when the lines were laid. I have to pay double for my water to cover sewage that I don't have the privilege of enjoying. It is extremely unfair to charge me and other residents for sewage. We have been offered "hook-up" fees for thousands of dollars and are restricted from having our septic tank worked on. It sounds illegal. I would like to tap in and have the fees brought to a reasonable rate and have sewer rates that I have been paying applied to the cost. If this has already been settled, I would be very interested in the outcome. Thanks, Cindy
