Small Oregon community's have suffered for a century as state and Federal power has striped or controlled every aspect of rural living. The Feds take every dime the Oregon Caves generate including all the campgrounds and fishing license and even down to selling fire wood permits to locals and Christmas tree permits. They take everything out and provide few jobs for locals or pay any taxes to schools and the community.
The effort to improve the local activity should be seen as civic improvement. Vote Yes.
