I'm glad to hear about this benefit for Terry. I'll be there. Can't wait till he gets back to playing with the band again. He is one hell of a keyboard player and singer.

Anybody know how Terry is doing? He's a great guy.

From what I understand his doctor told him that they finally got all of his cancer. I haven't seen him around lately, but the last time I seen him, he looked a little pale and kind of on the weak side.
Let's hope he gets well soon |

news flash Fender Benders have been added to the show. Talked with Terry yesterday and he plans to play a few songs with us. It will be great having terry up on stage again. WE received a great keyboard from West Plains music and I think some of the musicians may donate an item or two. I also heard from the guys in Alter Ego They will try to come by as well. We might get them up for a song or two. We will see how the night goes. Anyway plan to come out and have a great time and help out a great guy.
See you there RE-LOADED |

Just wanted to say hats off to the guys in Reloaded for pulling together and taking care of their own.
Also, I wanted to commend all the musicians and bands who volunteered their time to help put on the benefit. It was really cool to see so many people come together to help someone out in the music community of West Plains. The benefit was top notch in it's layout and orchestration and there was a lot of great music last night. We all may play in different bands, but we are all part of a larger family, and it is great to see so many come together to help another, and the attitudes be about others rather than ourselves. This type of event should happen more often but under different circumstances. Bands getting together that are local putting on a mega concert, but for entertainment instead of just benefits. Bring everyone in the music community much tighter. At any rate, had a great time and got to see a lot of familiar faces that we have not seen in a while and got to hear some great people play some groovin tunes. Take care all, and Glad to see Terry rocking again! Get Well Soon! |

I just wanted to say that being new to West Plains, I thought that I would check out this event. I am glad that I went. I heard some great music and did meet a few new people. I am greatly impressed with the bands that played for this benefit.
Even though I do not know Terry, I could tell that he is highly thought of in the music industry around here and after hearing him play, I can see why. It is nice to see the musicians band together for a worthy cause such as this. I now know that I want to go hear Re-Loaded and Fender Bender when the opportunity presents itself. I hope that a lot of money was made for Terry and I enjoyed myself and hope everyone else did also. |

The concert benefit for Terry was TERRIFIC! There were so many cool things auctioned off. I heard a lady getting pissed off about a guitar she won but she bid on the wrong sheet (something about Christmas shopping and a wrong color on the bid sheet) and not getting what she wanted. Come on people, it's a BENEFIT not yard sale. It is nice to that so many people pulled together. Even the pissed off lady was super cool because she was there helping someone in our community. I bid on a few things and didn't get them either. I was just really nice to be there supporting someone in need in our community. I only expected 20-30 people to show up and was surprised to see a constant flow of well over 200. We live in an amazing community! The entire show (6 bands, WOW!) was fantastic. I was disappointed that Reloaded only did a few songs though. I was there early and heard Hy-Strung play first. If you haven't heard them yet you are really missing out. The vocals in that band are amazing!
It sure was nice to hear Terry sing and play again on stage. I've really missed him the last several times I listened to Reloaded. **Kick cancer's A$$ Terry!!** You're in my prayers and can't wait to see you on stage again--cancer free and feeling GREAT! Reloaded really know how to put on a show. I hope they do it again in the future with other bands again like Alter Ego said previously. |
