If you get on his website badcourt.com look at the name on the letter that the sheriff supposedly stopped from getting into the jail (blocked inmate mail), anyways, look at the name on the front of the envelope and then search it on oscn.net , rogers county and see what kind of people Starkey is taking up for, Hmmmmmmm.
