Along with Helm, you can add in the RCSO on the requirement to be transparent! Since taking office, Sheriff Walton has told the people what HE WANTS the people to know! Not what is really going on. Why was tthe RCSO captain, which was at the Oolagah Lake incident involving the woman ramming the park gate, the only RCSO employee wearing a camera clipped on his shirt? Could it have been because this captain, who is in charge of the field deputies, had been caught by the DA's Office being untruthful on official reports? How about yes! Has anyone heard about that? Transparency is a must and it is non-existent in the RCSO!

Has anyone been following the recent stories in the Claremore progress regarding Helm? Is anyone else wishing we had all this information before he was re-elected?

It really would not take much effort to force a recall election for Mike Helm and Robin Anderson. Wonder if Janice Steidley should be included in that as well.

A recall election? In Rogers County? You must be kidding! The Rogers County Republicans just re-elected Scott Walton to another four year term after his first four years of screwed up investigations, bogus news releases, and total embarrassing tv commercials for a pawn shop while wearing his RCSO uniform! And you think they would recall Helm and/or Anderson? Dream on!

The more negative press, the more pressure. Wouldn't be surprised to see a resignation or a indictment or both... Eventually, when there is enough smoke someone will react to put out the fire. That's the difference between not doing your job because of lack of intelligence and doing something illegal... People are starting to take notice which will lead to wholesale changes.

What is the difference with incompetence in a commissioner's office, a county clerk's office or a sheriff's office? None! And the truth is none of these offices have the transparency they should have so it's easy to operate under the radar. But do you know what? The voters of Rogers County continue to vote in people who like to operate under the radar! You get what you deserve! I found it very interesting that in the last primary election, there were normally three signs always seen together....... Helm, Anderson and Walton. And who are the three folks that are being discussed most often!

Let's hope that the voters of Rogers County aren't all fooled like they were with Helm and Anderson when November rolls around and we are voting for the Court Clerk. The current court clerk wants raises for her employees...in an election year. WOW, that is almost like a bribe to vote for her in my opinion.

Fooled with Helm and Anderson? What about Walton? What about this guy that thinks it's ok to do Tulsa pawn shop commercials in Rogers County Sheriff's Office uniform? Look at the last four years and the embarrassment brought to Rogers County. I don't think fooled is the word to describe the voters.....Uneducated would be a much better description.

Again with Walton, there can not be a post about Helm, Anderson, Fema , the Court Clerk race without someone bringing up Walton. I understand your frustration, I really do...BUT Helm and Anderson are putting the citizens of Rogers County in jeopardy of re-paying money that we don't have!!!! I know I will catch 9 kinds of He!! for this from the Walton haters but you should put all that energy into finding out what is going on with Helm and the Fema money, the Keetonville Hill project, the custom ordered dump truck that we can't afford.

Now with Anderson as the newly-elected County Clerk, HELM can push all of his non-bid invoices right on through. Why is it that Helm always has an excuse ready and invoices always come in right under $10,000.00. Rogers County needs to wake up! I guess no one in this county is struggling financially? Our roads sure are nice in District 2 but at what price. I guess once my car is old and needs to be replaced but I won't be able to afford the luxury of a newer car at least I can have comfort knowing that my roads are nice, Helm has a custom ordered dump truck and a drilling rig that has never been used, and gasoline in that gas tank on the bed of his truck that he takes home every night, and the list goes on and on.
