that's jerry moore that doesn't prosecute if you pay - he will drop charges for you if you have enough money for him = check out the court records for yourself if you don't believe me

Wonder why Kuester couldn't cut it in the Tulsa county DA's office? And why he wants to be a prosecutor when all he's been doing since leaving Tulsa county is insurance law? There are good prosecutors in the DA's office right now and those who want them out are the ones with pending charges b

Moore is letting the status quo continue in this county. We're going to have to change political parties to get a DA who isn't in with rest of the crooks in the courthouse.
VOTE for Brian Kuester!

Who has Jerry Moore sent off. Bet noone can name me 3. All the drug dealers are still hear in Adair county. Men dont have to pay their child support. And everyone can stay out of prison, as long as you have money or become a snitch.

Well if you're from Adair county, you should already know that the Judges and the Defense attorneys are REALLY close and the DA doesn't stand much of a chance of prosecuting and drug dealers. The only justice in Adair is the Feds !

Brian is very honest and a very experienced prosecutor. He has been married to the same woman for 15 years and doesn't trade his wife in for a newer model. Brian has true character and will always stand for what is right.

Just because you leave a position doesn't mean you "couldn't cut it". He was a prosecutor for 5 years and had a very high conviction rate. Brian's boss put him in charge of the crimes against children unit and he prosecuted murderers and child abusers. Jerry Moore's boss put him in charge of bogus checks. Who do you think is the superior prosecutor who actually knows his way around a courtroom?
Do some research on John David Luton, Jerry Moore's first assistant DA if you want to know about someone who "couldn't cut it".

As someone who has looked into the justice system in the four counties I see a tremendous lack of desire to protect the citizens. Why don't you try asking your local law enforcement officers how bad it is. Brian is a former police officer and isn't going to leave our cops out hanging in the breeze like Jerry does every day.

#1 - Couldn't cut it? I think not, he was a very successful prosecutor and put a lot of very bad people in prison by arguing in front of a jury. Why don't you call and ask Tim Harris (I believe Brian had a letter of support from him in 2006). Let's see, if I had to pick between someone who successfully dealt with murderers, molesters, rapists, etc OR someone whose career consists primarily of bad checks to be my DA, I'll take the former. If you have some other information otherwise I suggest you put it out there with the facts to back it up and attach your real name to it.

#2 - Let's be specific here. Brian defends people in accident cases who are being sued. He has just as many, if not more cases at any given time than he did as a Tulsa County ADA and a LOT more time arguing in front of a jury each year than ANY or maybe ALL of the current DA's office combined.

#3 - I am sure there are good ADA's. This race is not about them, but about the leadership of the office and the lack of standards when it comes to prosecuting the bad guys so that our streets are safe. I have visited with Brian and he has been specific in saying he's not just going to fire everyone and start over.

I suspect he will do just as I have when taking a management spot in the past and interview each employee and make sure that they are a good fit for their current role and the organization. If they are lazy or incompetent there are ways to resolve that from coaching, reassignment and yes, even firing people.

Mr.Moore won't prosecute meth-heads because he gets 10% cut of the money they make. The whole courthouse is involved in the meth. They are all biased and if you make a complaint of any kind like your child being shot by a neighbor he will not do anything about it unless your a dopehead or a State Official tells him he has to do something about. If you want this kind of corrupt law to stay in Seqouyah County then go ahead and vote for him and the others in the courthouse but as for me i will not vote for any of them. It's time for a major change. The code of the hills went out back in 1806.we need officials who believe in the US Constitution and the Rights of the People in office instead.

I like Brian. He's a good man. But a DA is an administrator not a jurist. Yes, there are cases the DA himself tries but that is not the focus of the DA. There are 4 counties in this District and there are a LOT of good jurists working for Jerry. The one mentioned knows more about the law than Brian will ever know. Muskogee regrets the decision they made in 2006 but the man they let go does not. He is one of the finest citizens you will meet if you put bias aside and get to know him. Im glad I did. Seems to me Brian is so proud of his law enforcement background that he might should have stayed where he was. As for the number of convictions and dismissals, maybe the DA's office would not dismiss so many cases if local law enforcement would bring enough ADMISSABBLE evidence to get a conviction. Of course that isn't always the case but it is A LOT. We need more certified officers who know how to do the job so the DA's office can get the conviction. Instead we have sheriff's who hire buddies and then the county has to work short handed until they can be certified. ALL have to work together. Why do you ASSume it's the DA's office? You also have judges who might as well be on the Baker's payroll. That's the fault of te voters.

For all of you folks who are calling names and lumping everyone together, listen up. There are a LOT of great attorneys and other staff that work for Moore who do their job and get more done than you seem to think. There are honest, hard-working, Christian men and women who fight for the victims every day against the judges and defense attorney's and who work wonders with bad cases. They can't possibly take everything to trial and shouldn't because if the only evidence was botched by a bad investigation by an untrained deputy hired on a campaign promise, then the criminal is going to walk and a trial is an unnecessary cost. There are bad employees in EVERY work place but you are throwing the good out with the bad on a "change" platform. Your buddy has already promised jobs that are currently filled with good people. As for party, what possible difference does political affiliation have to do with the district attorney? He may run on a party affiliation because of current state law but unless he MAKES the law it makes no difference.

Grant, you lost. Move on. The only reason you ran was because you wanted a raise and a fiscally responsible DA decided you were not worth a raise. Had you dine a better job you might could have had a raise, but a good administrator pays according to quality of work not time on the job. Guess you see where sour grapes got you. Anyone who throws in with Richard Gray is going to be left out in the cold.

I campaigned for and voted for Jerry Moore four years ago. My first clue into his character was shortly after the election when I found out he had been cheating on his wife during his whole campaign. I was so disappointed because he prided himself on being a family man and having integrity. What it said to me was if this man can cheat on his wife why would he be honest and have integirty as a District Attorney?? It has become clear over the last 4 years that he is not concerned with out safety by the sheer fact that soooo many criminals are getting plea agreements and back on the streets. I have personally met with and talked with Kuester. He has promised no one a job and in fact he has some great ideas of how to reorganize to make things better run and more effecient. I like that he has integrity and is honest. He is passionate about this. You can see it in his eyes and when you talk to him you can hear his excitement and enthusiasm. He has my vote this year. And to Jerry..... I am so very dissapointed!
