Ok I'm guessing this Murphy biotch is related to this cop otherwise why would he defend such a stupid thing?? Or better yet he may be that coon that was supposedly there? Well in my neighborhood when you see a black person your very watchful. Not saying they are bad people but most of them cannot afford to live there, so it's just being ready to protect your property if your there. Otherwise that is what dogs are for. I feel sorry for this owner and I truly hope this officer and department are sued and have there SOPs brought into question!!

Before Murphy smarts off again about spelling? SOPs is short for Standard Operating Procedures. That moron would probably think I meant SOBs!

No, this time I'll point out your use of incomplete sentences.

Hey, just because you washed out of the CLEET private security program doesn't mean you should be so mad at all the real policemen out there. You can still have a donut.

Dear Wanna doughnut,
The spelling of the contraction of "you are" is "you're."
Not "your." It is much more likely that people will take what you say more seriously if you are not a failure at simple English.

Cops can be wrong or afraid as easily as anyone else.
The lady should have been in control of her animal.

I've never attempted CLEET thenk you very much, I have been asked by many officers to be a reserve as well. I'm not interested, I've attended those classes as a civilian and they are not that intensive. If I really gave a shitt about my spelling I would proof read what I have typed. Again catoosa police have proven numerous times that they have made bad decisions as an officer. Of course almost every police department has bad cops, just look at Tulsa. I do thank the few good men and women in blue, but the ones that make bad decisions make the whole force look bad

as someone who worked for the cable company for more than fifteen years let me tell you people about your pets for the most parts their gentle but a lot of them act different when your not around or they encounter someone wearing a tool belt and carrying ladders with hard hats n such i had a customer once that had a Russian wolf hound dog was nice to me till i came back into the yard with my stuff to climb a pole then he attacked n i had to defend my self with the only thing i had a pair of climbing gaffs dog got hurt n retreated into house then here came the owner after seeing the dog in the window of her home said it never acted that way before so their you are don't know how it acted as far as the officer shooting the dog that was wrong why didn't he wait on animal control to tranquilize the dog
Hey Eddie - you are right about that, Most people don't know what their dog will do!when encountered with someone wearing something different, My Son,( who my Dogs have known for alll their lives, If he comes into the house with a hat on, One of me dogs goes crazy, until he Say's something to him, than he realises Hey it's my human, my owner. I came walking into my house with a different hair do, and color, and he went crazy, until he heard my voice and than realised that it was me.
So Dogs can act differently at different times, and it does not matter it your the owner or not, and OMG should you not be the owner, watchout, because a Dog will not really Obey a Stranger,Their loyal to their Owners and they will protect, usually to their Death.
If you are going to have a Dog, Understand their behaviors.

DOGS DON'T HAVE TEAR DUCTS? FALSE. THEY DO HAVE TEAR DUCTS YOU IDIOT THEY'RE MAMMALS! IT'S DOUCHE BAGS LIKE YOU WITH GUNS THAT SHOOT FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS LATER THAT MAKE PEOPLE "END UP IN THE MORGUE"

For those of you who THINK you know it all....let me educate you. First, we no longer fire "warning shots"...that bullet has to come down somewhere. Second, we aren't even trained to fire warning shots, anymore. A man with a knife from a distance of 20 feet can be on you in 1.8 seconds. Even less time than that for a fast moving animal. Those of you so called "know it alls" who have never EVER been in a situation where instincts take over, because those instincts may make the difference between going home at the end of your shift, or having your wife come and identify you at the morgue, need to just really shut-up about something you know nothing about. Here's another news flash for you. Mace and tear gas aren't really effective against a dog. Why? Because DOGS DON'T HAVE ANY TEAR DUCTS!......

Well after a complete investigating into the "DARK SIDE" of catoosa I am sad to say this is only one issues. It would appear according to the internet the wrong and some even criminally charge people within the city of catoosa local little government can be found back in 86. This one unfotunately was only one of many done by a former police chief, mayor & asst chief. What I learned about our little town of catoosa disgusted me.
Now on my own personal not I don't understand how it is possible to have enough time to gab and aim my gun so that the one shot fired would hit the animal between the eye if the animal indee ds was truly lunging at the office. My God... Does our police stop and think of the things they say prior to publicly making statements. Hell I already know of the mijority of them's iq. And I know as a pet owner my self that spencer is kind & loving to animals. But I think we need to dig deeper in to the othet officers past & personal life. They most likely approched the animal aggressively. And they all know my dogs are like my kids. Someone would haven me flip out on them. Not pretty site. I send my deepest condalensious (symthey) to the boxers owner and her children. in the end the officer whom took the time to aim directly between the eyes of the boxer is guilty of emtional child abuse. Those kids now will always remember that their best friend, playmate & family loved one was gunned down by our tax dollars hard at work... Our finest catoosa police. By the way I personally have been banned from the agencies facebook so I can't comment. Appearently the facts & truthes hurt.

Keep you dog in your yard and there is no problem.

Officer did the right thing. Exactly what I would have done. Your dog lunges at me as if to do me harm it will get it right between the eyes.

Hey Mr. or Mrs. Zanudo....YOU MUST BE KIDDING! Your posting is absolutely ridiculous and your first grade spelling and grammar shows that you do not have the ability to look at this situation in a reasonable and logical manner. When a dog, any dog, rushes a police officer, with the ability to do serious harm in it's attack, then the owner of that dog should expect the dog to be shot. It's a shame it happened in front of children but that is the parent's fault. Had they taken the time and effort to keep their dog secure, the dog would not be dead and the kids would not be upset. And...Zanudo.....get someone to proof read your posts before you push the button...because your communication skills are terrible!
