The real truth is that they address "nonbelievers" EVERYDAY and rarely address God's truth. We have systematically elimated God from our lives in as many aspects as we can.
We need to keep trying harder. There's no room for vile superstitions in civilized modern life.

You are in the minority. Only 10% of Americans are atheists. You are missing out on the purpose of your life. Do some studying and reading on your own. If you did, you would come up with a much different conclusion.
I've done much studying and reading on just about every religion under the face of the sun. They are all superstitious nonsense, however some are less harmful than others.

I may be in the minority as a complete atheist, however I'm not in the minority as a person who believes that people don't get to dictate the lives over others based on their religions.

Well Genius you may have a degree in political science but I have a law degree from 28 years ago and I can tell you when it comes to Habeas Corpus you don't know squat. Most of the men who founded this Country had their roots in England where people could be jailed indefinitely without charge being filed against them. It was to prevent this abuse that HC was enacted, to protect AMERICAN citizens. The idea that these men intended this protection for foreign born terrorists whose sole purpose in life is to kill Americans is ridiculous and not supported by the law. As for this Country not being at War: Tell that to the family members of the people murdered on 9-11.
You are truly a moron.
The right of habeus corpus was a legal ideal that we brought with us from England. Even a cursory Google search would have told you that. Christ, what a moron.

If you think the Founders of this Country meant that right to be applied to foreign born terrorists not even being held on American soil then you are truly the Moron.

Margie, You may feel that a belief in something that many call God a superstition and that's cool but Vile?! Isn't that being a little harsh?

No Margie as usual you are wrong. What the other posted said was that Bush had in effect rescinded Habeas Corpus. Not so. I know of no American denied that writ for political reasons since Bush took office. If you do tell me. The only people denied it were foreign born terrorists, or suspected terrorists held outside American soil, like in GITMO. You did not read Google carefully. HC was a right in England but a right sometimes routinely ignored by English Monarchs. The Founding People( I thought you might object to limiting it to men) had that right Codified rather than rely on Common law as in England to eunsure no President could follow the lead of English Monarchs. It is always nice crossing swords with you. You call me names that I thought only my ex wife could think up.

Oh, that poor, poor woman. I'm surprised she didn't just kill herself. I mean she could get the divorce, but never rid herself of the memory of your touch or your stench in her nostrils.
