Looks like it will be a great movie. However, why isn't the Joker's skin totally white? Is he only wearing makeup and hasn't been changed by the vat of chemicals?

They did a retelling of the Joker's origins. Don't expect this Joker to be like Jack's version. This one is a much more twisted and darker character.
