Latino gangs aren't a real threat because latinos are only 1 % of the Baltimore population. There has been signs of MS 13 in the Patterson Park, Baltimore and PG County. Eastside Blood Gang, Treetop Piru Bloods, and Purple City Byrd Gang are the only national gang threats in Baltimore. The Baltimore City Police Department needs to get rid of these small time drug crews that are killing each other.
