A lot of people who read and post on this site, also read other news sites. Other sites are reporting that the occupants of the house are being uncooperative with authorities and had large sums of cash on them when taken to the police station for questioning. If it were a simple home invasion, the large sums of cash would not have been left behind. The boys may be innocent victims who happen to live at the home but there is more to this story.

Drug deal gone bad and I do not think these children will return home safe but I really hope so. Again, parents put their children in bad situations.

I'd have to agree with just about everyone who's posted here who's saying that this was NOT a random act. Just my own personal opinion going by what's been posted here, it sounds like it's either an abduction in retaliation for something like a bad drug deal or the 2 young men in question had staged their abduction for some reason.

I agree I hate all the negativity im always seeing on these walls. Makes me sick. What if it was your children? Think of it that way!

If it were my kid, I would be devistated....However, I wouldn't have had them in the middle of a drug operation where their lives and future would be potentially at risk.

And I agree with you. But for everyone on the wall to belittle these children like it was their fault they were kidnapped. Grow up!

Sick, Are you telling me to grow up? or someone else? Just to clarrify.
Just a note...The "children" that are being referred to that are photographed and shown on T.V...The photographs are mug shots from their arrest file. Hard to make a case for them being the innocent people in this.

These boys older brother was recently locked up over drugs. In addition these boys (15 and 16 yrs old) were know drug dealers and have had many run-ins with the police. This was not even close random.

Does anyone think that they were victims.. pawns rather..for money??? That had nothing to do with late-night visitors or even a marijuana arrest? Pray for their safe return instead of crucifying them during such a horrible ordeal! Maybe their family was uncooperative because they were trying to get the money demanded together. Could you imagine being roughed up, searched, arrested as well as having your car towed by police and having the contents of your pockets examined and scrutinized by police and the media when your family was just terrorized!!! Can you fathom how maybe someone would've been able to help, stop, spot or find these boys had an amber alert been activated within 6 minutes...rather than 6 hours after the fact!!!!???? The whole situation is sad. The people who post are so judgmental... It doesn't make sense and it was no doubt committed by someone who thought taking them could bring them personal gain... but gosh, give the boys a break.

It is obvious that the people kept in the house know more than they are telling. If you are stuck for eight hours in a house with your kidnappers then you should at least have heard a conversation or a name or something. I think that more information should be released to the public. Also, I agree that it must be hard for the parents after they were terrorized like that, but the best way for them to help their children is to cooperate and give as much information as possible.
