The bottom line is the United States Constitution protects Mr. Wolf's decision in allowing this artwork (and it is indeed art whether you personally care for it or not) to be on his building. So you might as well consider yourself a fascist if you're in favor of it being removed. On the other hand, the United States Constitution protects your right to protest such artwork. I love the United States Constitution more than I love Arbutus :-)
