Long before the Postal Service indicated they were running out of money, I wondered why we needed Saturday delivery. Eliminating Saurday elivery makes sense. Closing braches does make sense as you can buy stamps at machines, supermarkets, etc.
I am sorry if jobs are lost. This won't help the economy and will probably not help the Postal Service save much. Don't need a Post Office every few miles.
The Postal Service is a business. Work it like any profit seeking business, Expand your usefulness. Find services that we need. As time goes on less and less mail will be sent conventional ways. That change is inevitable. Prepare for it before it comes. Not years after.
There are great people working for the Postal Service and some bad ones.
Weed out the bad, like the temporary driver that likes to smash into recycling bins, on purpose.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Libra

You have a tremendous amount of nervous energy today and you need to find positive ways of expressing it, otherwise it could make you rather irritable and restless. Ideally, you should do something physical, such as going for a brisk walk, cleaning the house while working up a sweat or getting your money's worth out of the gym. Don't take out your frustrations on people who don't deserve them.
