Spencer Vaughan is a horrible appraiser. He has a history of underappraising properties. He is unethical as he lets the Veterans Administration influence his appraised values. He told me "The VA is really cracking down on us to keep these values down." This is unethical per appraisal standards.

Spencer Vaughn makes even the most horrible appraisers look great. He gets a sadistic pleasure in constantly destroying deals by unjustly undervaluing real estate. Since the VA and the lender pools continue to give him appraisals regardless of how many deals he destroys business continues to thrive but only for Mr. Vaughn. He will break every appraisal guidline (and add some of his own) in his efforts to ruin the local real estate maket. (as if its not bad enough. Spread the word.
