A 10 yr old girl was found riding her bicycle naked in Danville. Police took her into protective custody and charged the Mother with abusing her. Anyone know whats going on with that story?

sounds like something heather dawn miller'd do... thank god the state made her become out of commision, all those kids she don't got cuz she always neglects em.
