Council Ends Struggle With High Cost Contract

One question being asked is why a functioning program that cost nothing was replaced with a program costing the city $250,000 a year. The architect of that plan cannot answer that question. Councilman Scott Matas paints the rest of the city council as evil meanies while hiding the truth of his involvement. By the way, whatever happened to that $300,000 the Boys and Girls Club had in the bank?
