dont waste your time opposing this if they want to build homes they will and expect more industrial and residential growth in the future, your property values will go up as well.

All we're asking is for BIG developers to abide by the same rules as everyone else. The area in question is zoned R-5 and the GMA has restrictions to protect the land. The average person without lots of money couldn't get away with violating the zoning and GMA codes. - Margie
